What does it mean to be a journalist?
Being able to be truthful about the subject you are reporting on.
What's the funniest news-related #hashtag you've seen?
Whenever an older celebrity's name shows up in Twitter hashtags and the underlying fear that they died before that turns out to be false.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
I would prefer to pitch something myself.
What tools and software do you use to do your job?
WordPad, Open Office

Why did you become a journalist?
I saw an open call for volunteers to write for RPGamer and decided to take a chance.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?
I'm reasonably proud of my Sword and Fairy Together Forever review.
What advice can you offer to aspiring journalists?
Know what you want to write about and making sure writing is something you enjoy doing.
When's the best time to pitch you?
I'm more likely to pitch something to a site rather than the other way around.

Whatever future terrible game I accept as a review assignment in the future.

Probably in my room playing video games or something,

Anime News Network, Anime Feminist, a few game sites here and there
What's the most common misperception about your beat?
That it's just an easy way to get free games.
