Influence of Te-Incorporated LaCoO3 on Structural, Morphology and Magnetic Properties for Multifunctional Device Applications

Abstract : A high perovskite activity is sought for use in magnetic applications. In this paper, we present the simple synthesis of (2.5% and 5%) Tellurium-impregnated-LaCoO3 (Te-LCO), Te and LaCoO3 (LCO) by using a ball mill, chemical reduction, and hydrothermal synthesis, respectively. We also explored the structure stability along with the magnetic properties of Te-LCO. Te has a rhombohedral crystal structure, whereas Te-LCO has a hexagonal crystal system.
