How easily history repeats itself. The world has stood silently by as genocides have taken place right in the middle of the Western world. Today they have come for the Palestinians, and again nobody cares. In fact, they have been coming for the Palestinians for almost a century and the world has stayed largely silent.

July 10, 2020 · 2 min read 24-year-old Kory Nagata died in Richmond on Sunday, July 5 after attempting to retrieve a football from the Fraser River. Nagata made an impact on UBC through 2016 to 2020 with many of his friends and teammates remembering him as a kind person with an infectious smile. Nagata played three seasons for the T-Birds, from 2016 to 2018.
