Objective This study aimed to investigate the association between unilateral condylar hyperplasia (UCH) and scoliosis, focusing on the prevalence, direction, and severity of mandibular deviation. Materials and Methods This retrospective observational study included 123 subjects (92 females, 31 males; 17–40 years) allocated to UCH (n = 60) and scoliosis (n = 63) cohorts. Scoliosis prevalence, mandibular deviation, and condylar fractal dimension (FD) were evaluated using radiographic records.
