1. Introduction Wastewater treatment has become a global issue with the rapid industrialization of human society [1]. Organic dyes and heavy metal ions are two of the most common pollutants in wastewater [2]. Organic dyes are widely used in industries such as printing, painting, textiles, and food production [3,4,5,6]. However, many dyes are toxic, carcinogenic, and non-biodegradable, posing significant environmental pollution and severe threats to human health [7,8].
