1. Introduction The World Health Organization (WHO) revealed that COVID-19, a global pandemic, was brought on by the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Corona Virus 2 (SARSCoV2) on 11 March 2020 [1]. Many nations resorted to a national or regional lockdown to halt the spread of the pandemic, and various behavioural treatments were advocated [2].
