COVID‐19 vaccination and autoimmunity: Causality, precipitation or chance association?

In this issue, Chen and associates1 have presented a unique systematic review of autoimmune arthritis occurring post-COVID vaccination. They could identify 39 such cases in the literature of which 10 were diagnosed as adult-onset Still's disease (AOSD). The numbers seem small compared to the magnitude of COVID vaccination on a global scale.
