What follows is a comment that we (Clive Bates, Stephanie Miller, Brad Rodu, David Sweanor, and I) submitted yesterday to the FDA in response to the agency’s draft guidance for industry on flavors in electronic nicotine devices and use in youth. The health and well-being of over 60 million Americans, by far the majority being adults, are directly affected by Draft Guidance that shapes the lawful market for safer alternatives to smoking, including popular flavored ENDS.
