Ashleigh Smith graduated from Duke in 2020 with a degree in Art History and now works in advertising. Currently a Senior Brand Strategist at BarkleyOKRP in Chicago, her career path has included roles as a Strategic Planner and Account Executive, as well as internships at the Guggenheim, the Dallas Museum of Art and the Nasher Museum. The Chronicle had the opportunity to speak with Smith about her college experience, her pivot from curation to advertising and her insights for current students.
