UCLA men's basketball shared a video and pictures of Bilodeau practicing at the Bruins' training facility on Wednesday. Bilodeau Is A Brooklyn Nets Rookie Bilodeau recently competed in the 2026 NBA Summer League with the Brooklyn Nets. The Nets drafted Bilodeau with the No. 43 overall pick in the second round of the 2026 NBA Draft after he spent the last two seasons of his collegiate career at UCLA.

But the Bruins' quarterback never planned on leaving UCLA. UCLA head coach Bob Chesney told reporters at Big Ten Media Day on Wednesday that he did not need to convince Iamaleava to stay out of the transfer portal and stick with UCLA. “It started with retaining Nico, obviously, when we got here,” Chesney said.
