1 Introduction The development of emerging chalcogenide-based absorbers has gained significant attention for creating sustainable and affordable photovoltaic (PV) technology. Among them, antimony sulfide (Sb2S3) features such as earth-abundant and non-toxic elements, a high absorption coefficient (104–105 cm−1), and a favorable wide bandgap (Eg) (1.7–1.8 eV) [1-3], make Sb2S3 appealing both as a top cell in tandem designs and for indoor PV applications [4-6].
