Samuel Corey

Most recently, Sam was a production assistant intern with Stateside, a daily news program of Michigan Radio, and an editorial intern with the Metro Times, an alternative weekly magazine in Detroit. In both spaces, he's worked to give Michiganders a better window into what’s going on in the state, and finding stories that are desperately in need of attention. After completing his undergrad degree, Sam went to Vietnam to teach English and learn Vietnamese. When he’s not working as a journalist, you can find him reading, studying a foreign language, or dancing bachata.
