East London man charged with sexual assault in Essex town

An east London man has been charged with sexual assault following an alleged incident in Loughton in the early hours of August 24, 2024. Reinaldo Valdes, 57, of Avril Way, E4, was charged with sexual assault by penetration and sexual assault. He appeared at Chelmsford Crown Court on June 11, where he denied both charges. Valdes was released on conditional bail and was due to stand trial at the same court in August 2027. The victim has been supported by specialists throughout the investigation.

Trio jailed for stealing £600k worth of luggage from busy London railway station

Three men have been jailed for stealing luggage worth more than £600,000 in a series of thefts at St Pancras and King's Cross railway stations in London. Faysal Benoumechiara, 27, of Bellot Street, Greenwich, was sentenced to two years and three months imprisonment at Inner London Crown Court on Friday, June 19, after pleading guilty to five counts of theft.

Two men have been jailed for a series of arson attacks targeting properties linked to Sir Keir Starmer on the orders of a mysterious Russian-speaking taskmaster. In May last year, a car and two houses connected to the Prime Minister were set alight in north London by 22-year-old Roman Lavrynovych. He acted under the instructions of an anonymous Telegram user named El Money, reportedly associated with a Russian online sabotage network.
