I'm a freelance writer who has worked for all the broadsheets, many, magazines and websites, both in the UK and internationally.

Publications include The Daily and Sunday Telegraph, The Times, FT, Guardian, Marie Claire, Number One, Country Life, BBC Good Food, Casino Life, Vintage Life, CNN, BBC and many, many more.

I write mainly features, including Travel, London, Food, Heritage, Gardening and 'quirky', off-beat subjects.

I also write reviews - restaurant, theatre, exhibition and books, plus London attractions and events.

I have been the London columnist for American magazine British Heritage for the past eight years and have also had columns with Period House and the Independent.

I can take my own photographs or source images if necessary.

I also have a strong taste for the weird, bizarre and anciently-odd - I'm always the first down that recently-discovered priest hole, trying out that new immersive theatre experience or testing that peculiar pudding sensation...
