1 Introduction Korea became a super-aged society in 2025, as individuals aged 65 years and older accounted for approximately 20.3% of the total population. Furthermore, it is projected that by 2047, about half (49.6%) of all households will consist of older adults [1]. As the Korean older population increases, the cost of supporting the community-dwelling older adults with chronic diseases is increasing.
