Photo Credit: Courtesy of the Delano The 171-room Delano, an iconic South Beach property in Miami, is open once again following a six-year closure that renovated the entire hotel. In reimagining the Delano, Elastic Architects carefully restored many of its Art Deco elements, such as the facade and the terrazzo flooring. The original hexagonal columns, the mezzanine bridge spanning the lobby, and the Delano Pool and gardens also have been rebuilt.

New facility by the numbers When it opens in 2029, the new Austin Convention Center will offer 620,000 square feet of rentable space, including 70,000 square feet of outdoor venues. Highlights include a 336,000-square-foot exhibit hall, a 47,000-square-foot ballroom and a 92,000-square-foot flexible hall.
