We are dooming the future generation,” she says. “We are very dangerous, unpredictable.” Scott-Clark lives in Southeast. She says when young people are perceived as “unpredictable” or “destructive,” it’s usually when they’re trying to do what most youth want to do: have fun. “They look at a group of youth maybe across the street,” Scott-Clark says. “Giggling, smiling.
