STRENGTHS AND LIMITATIONS OF THIS STUDY The sample of participants in this study represents a broad spectrum of cancer survivors in Chile. The quality of life was assessed using standardised instruments through inperson interviews, and the quality of care was evaluated using standardised international indicators. As an observational retrospective cohort design, it is not possible to evaluate intervention effects or causal associations.

When I started my career transition I knew there were certain things I would have to do to leverage myself. Becoming part of the Twitter community was one thing, being involved locally was another, and of course writing blog posts. But writing blog posts isn't easy.
