Since November 2022, when the artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot ChatGPT was rolled out, AI has increasingly been touching many lives. The introduction of chatbots like ChatGPT and other AI tools, such as Google’s AI Overview, has changed how we surf the web and use it to find answers to our most pressing questions.

Irregular periods are a telltale symptom of starting the menopause transition. Other menopause-related symptoms will occur throughout the month and not just before a period, unlike PMS symptoms, due to hormone flucuations. Your periods will continue as you reach menopause, but they may become more irregular, meaning your cycles may be longer, shorter, or both.

I changed my sleeping schedule for a month. Just one hour less of sleep had a profound effect on my energy levels. My typical sleeping schedule on weekdays is from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m., and it’s been this way for over a year. But for the month of September, I tried something new. Instead of my usual 9 hours, I tried dropping it to 8 hours. My motivation for the switch is that sometimes I wake up tired, and I thought it was from getting too much sleep.
