Back on the road in the Autumn of 2026 after a work-in-progress run at this year’s Edinburgh Fringe, Catherine Bohart is already a familiar face to many comedy fans. A TV (with appearances on shows including Live at the Apollo; Mock the Week; A League of Their Own, QI, Pointless Celebrities) and radio regular (The Now Show; The News Quiz; You’re Dead to Me), she has also built up a number of acting credits (Juice; Lazy Susan; These Sacred Vows) in recent years.

Making a welcome return after a period of hiatus, the latest iteration of St Werburghs Arts Trail will take place on October 3-4. The official revival of the popular event will see local artists showing their work in their homes and studios, as well as a number of community venues including St Werburghs Primary School, Children’s Scrapstore and The Farm. Other nearby venues including Wiper and True and The Miners will be hosting performances and music through the weekend.

Running from September 17 through to Christmas time at Martin Parr Foundation, Dark Tales: Britain and Ireland through a gothic lens is a major group exhibition of work from 35 photographers over a 60-year period – from the post-war period through to the turn of the 21st century.
