As someone who consumes fashion, beauty, and wellness content for a living, I'd like to think that I've logged enough shopping tips from my expert editor friends and colleagues to consider myself a savvy shopper-an "armchair expert," if you will.

You've probably seen the latest wellness trend on social media: One TikToker coined it the "Hot Girl Walk," and the hashtag has now amassed over 87 million views. In case you haven't heard, a "Hot Girl Walk" is a daily brisk walk, whether it's 10 minutes or over an hour, in which you boost your mood and confidence by taking a moment for self-affirmations and listing off the things you're grateful for. Or you could be like me and just call your daily walks that, because why not?

What happened during the whole process? For the best results, you should take a picture of your face before you begin using the NuFace and another picture after 60 days of using the NuFace five times a week. For this challenge, I only used the NuFace for 30 days, so I'm still on my sculpting journey, but I can already see tremendous results. In the beginning, I used the facial guide provided with my NuFace Mini to get the hang of how to use the device and in what order on my face.
