1 Framing the Shift Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming how research is conducted, analyzed, and communicated (Rolnik 2024). Just as the printing press, digital computing, and the internet revolutionized the production and dissemination of knowledge, AI introduces a new era in scholarly work, one defined by automation, interactivity, and unprecedented access to information (Rolnik 2024).

Abstract The neural crest generates numerous cell types, but conflicting results leave developmental origins unresolved. Here using somatic mosaic variants as cellular barcodes, we infer embryonic clonal dynamics of trunk neural crest, focusing on the sensory and sympathetic ganglia. From three independent adult neurotypical human donors, we identified 1,278 mosaic variants using deep whole-genome sequencing, then profiled allelic fractions in 187 anatomically dissected ganglia.

3. Discussion The activation of serotonin 5HT2A receptors by DOI led to an involuntary head twitch response in mice, which occurred along with dysregulated corticostriatal activity [18]. Here, we found that pretreatment with a full (WC 44) or partial (WW-III-55) D3 agonist delayed the onset and reduced the frequency and the total number of DOI-induced head twitches.
