SSM-FastICANet: a hybrid state space and FastICA model for economic growth forecasting in energy-economy-environment systems
Forecasting economic growth within the energy-economy-environment (EEE) nexus poses numerous significant issues. The interrelations between energy consumption, CO2 emissions, and economic development are markedly nonlinear and fluctuate according to temporal, geographical, and policy contexts (Han et al., 2024).

Land potential assessment and trend-analysis using 2000-2021 FAPAR monthly time-series at 250 m spatial resolution
The results of modeling actual FAPAR and variable importance assessment in our work clearly show that the key variables that explain the variation in the monthly FAPAR are the length of the growing season, the forest indicator and the annual precipitation. Our results are in line with the findings of Hengl et al. (2018) on modelling FAPAR, who applied a similar methodological approach to model FAPAR for the years 2014–2017 based on machine learning and environmental covariate layers.

Proportional feature pyramid network based on weight fusion for lane detection
Lane detection has received widespread attention as an essential component of advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving technologies (Badue et al., 2021). Accurate and efficient lane detection provides crucial information for autonomous driving systems, such as lane departure marking, lane-keeping assistance, and adaptive cruise control (Zhang et al., 2021).
