Banana Ball makes Oregon debut

EUGENE — A baseball party broke out Saturday at Autzen Stadium, where more than 60,000 Banana Ball fans packed the home of the Oregon Ducks football team as the Savannah Bananas made their Oregon debut. Choreographed dancing, singing, stunts, home runs and trick plays delighted the sold-out crowd, which at one point participated in a stadium-wide wave that stretched the length of an entire inning.
