1. Introduction One of the most important requirements during a disaster response is to move as rapidly as possible while taking the surroundings and the events into consideration; therefore, individual responses to an emergency may be of vital importance [1]. The first few seconds of an emergency are crucial with respect to taking actions that will improve an individual’s reaction to dangerous situations [2].
