1. Introduction People can perform their duties in a sitting position at a desk, standing, or walking, depending on their occupation. Today, 75 percent of workers do their jobs sitting down [1]. This rate can go up to 90 percent for software developers, 80.7 percent for accountants, and 80.3 percent for insurance sales representatives [2].
