1. Introduction Modular construction, employing prefabricated structural systems, is gaining significant traction in the construction industry due to its numerous advantages, including improved quality control, environmental sustainability, efficient material use, and reduced construction timelines [1,2,3,4]. For instance, Chourasia et al. [2] observed a 50% reduction in construction time and a 20% cost savings when using prefabricated structural systems compared to conventional methods.
