Results and Discussion This paper was based on the plasma module of COMSOL Multiphysics for modeling and analysis, with an ambient pressure of 1 atm, a temperature of 300 K, and a total of 273,021 cells in the computational grid, to study the process of Trichel pulsed-current discharge and the generation and distribution pattern of RONS.
