Water hazard prevention technology for confined mining beneath dual extremely thin aquicludes in roof and floor
Abstract With the intensifying depletion of coal resources, water hazard prevention and control for confined coal seam mining—characterized by ultra-thin aquicludes in both roof and floor adjacent to dual confined aquifers—has become a critical challenge. Taking the 9101 working face of Mine A as the research object, this study aimed to address the complex geological conditions of dual ultra-thin aquicludes and dual confined aquifers.

Degradation and Migration Characteristics and Water‐Inrush Mechanism of Overburden Roof Under High‐Intensity Mining
1 Introduction Coal is an important power energy in China. With the continuous exploitation of coal resources, coal resources are mined deep, and the mine roof is faced with the threat of water and sand collapse [1] According to the data, in recent years, the casualties caused by roof water damage accounted for 3.9% and accidents accounted for 8.8%. The water damage of the outer layer is one of the main disasters of roof water damage [2].
