Outcomes of low-dose immune tolerance induction with single-dose rituximab in severe hemophilia A: a single-center retrospective experience
Abstract Background: Low-dose immune tolerance induction (ITI) combined with standard-dose rituximab-based immunosuppression (LD-ITI + RTX-IS) is an effective strategy for factor VIII (FVIII) inhibitor eradication in severe hemophilia A with poor-risk prognostic factors for ITI, but optimal rituximab dosing remains undefined. Prolonged rituximab exposure increases adverse effects and financial burden.
On Thermodynamically Consistent Quasiparticle Model at Finite Chemical Potential
Abstract : We explore the quasiparticle model at the finite chemical potential related to Ru-Keng Su’s distinguished contributions to the topic. In addition, we discuss the recent developments in the model, and in particular, one argues that the effective mass of the quasiparticle might attain a specific form as a function of momentum, in addition to its dependence on the temperature and chemical potential.
