Yes, when I used to put together open house listings when I worked at a real estate office in high school. Still have one, in the basement.
Who's your favorite fictional journalist?
Hands down winner: William Miller, from Almost Famous. Close second: Josie Geller from Never Been Kissed.
How do you prefer to be pitched on stories?
Email, please. I rarely answer my phone to numbers I don't recognize anymore, unless I'm waiting for a specific call to come in.
Did you work for your high school newspaper? If so, what did you do there?
I wrote for the 5th grade newsletter, but dropped all forms of reporting until college.
