1 Introduction Gingival recession is a highly prevalent condition that can pose both functional and esthetic challenges, particularly when located in the esthetic zone or associated with root sensitivity and plaque accumulation. Among the surgical techniques developed for root coverage, the Coronally Advanced Flap (CAF) and Tunnel (TUN) techniques have emerged as two (among many) of the most widely studied and commonly used, each with proven efficacy when applied appropriately [1-4].

1 Introduction Dental implant therapy has significantly transformed modern dentistry, contributing to improved oral function, esthetics, and overall quality of life for patients [1, 2]. Nonetheless, the growing number of implants placed worldwide has been paralleled by an increasing frequency of implant-related complications and greater complexity in their management [3-7].

1 Clinical Context: Soft-Tissue Deficiencies Around Teeth and Implants Soft tissues play a crucial role in the health, esthetics, and comfort of both teeth and implant sites [1-4]. Nevertheless, deficiencies in the quality and quantity of soft tissue are commonly observed. These conditions are relatively heterogeneous, not only in their clinical presentation but also in their etiological factors, the concerns expressed by patients, and the treatment strategies applied.
