1 Introduction Scrotal elephantiasis refers to massive scrotal lymphedema leading to disfigurement [1]. Globally, lymphatic filariasis is the predominant cause, particularly in tropical endemic regions. In contrast, in Australia, where filarial transmission has been absent for decades, scrotal elephantiasis is rare and typically arises from noninfectious etiologies [2]. In such settings, secondary lymphedema is more often related to malignancy or its respective treatment [3].
