Laura moved from New York to Los Angeles to attend graduate school for Physical Therapy.

An examination of a mother’s love is central to the Kaplan Book Group’s discussion this month. Join the Kaplan Book Group on March 19 at 1 p.m. when we will meet to discuss Kristin Harmel’s The Paris Daughter. The novel looks at the heartbreaking and difficult decisions mothers are forced to face during trying times, especially during war times. Harmel poses the question of how far a mother is willing to go to ensure the safety of her children.
