I haven’t spoken to Amy but I’ve done a little research about what’s going on. I’ve seen this kind of thing before with the Friars Club and other institutions when outsiders make a play to take the place over.

It ended at 2:49am with fireworks, which I’m sure delighted all the people who were sleeping nearby. Jay Z did apologize to the people who made it inside. “Let me explain the delay to you guys. It was like 10,000 people outside and they closed all the doors.

Alejandro Innaritu wrote and directed what looks from the trailer like a Coen Bros. satirical comedy. The story line is about a megalomaniac who must have the world from his own massive mistake. Sandra Huller is the only woman in the main cast. Also featured are John Goodman — looking very Coen-ish, and Jesse Plemons.
