What was your first job as a journalist?

I can only speak as an intern cause I'm an aspiring journalist. My internship with Times of India, Mumbai was one of the best experiences.

How is social media changing news?

I think it is the way forward, as there's more reach, more real-time news, citizen reporting with an obvious con gripping media- Fake News.

What does it mean to be a journalist?

To love writing and be passionate about curating stories that need to be read and heard and known!

What tools and software do you use to do your job?

I use various apps like infogram, genial.ly, legend, quik and platforms such as Social Shorthand, Adobe Spark, Storyform, Storify, Fadar.

What story are you most proud of writing or working on?

The story about pink disease and its affect on the farmers in Warangal's Ashalapally village is one of those stories that I'm proud of.

What's your favorite drink?

Bloody Mary

When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?

Most likely to be traveling to new destinations, photographing and doodling those moments and later turning them into stories as well!

The Guardian!
