The clinical data of the 11 PPAS cases in our study are summarized in Table 1. Of these, 7 were male and 4 were female, with ages ranging from 22 to 67 years (mean age: 47.1 years). Six patients had a history of smoking. The initial symptoms included chest pain, difficulty breathing, hemoptysis, and fever. Among the 11 cases, 2 presented with solitary lung involvement (Figs. 1), 5 with multiple lung lesions (Fig. 2), and 4 with pulmonary artery invasion (Fig. 3 and Fig. 4).
