Identification of cuproptosis-related biomarkers and analysis of immune infiltration in allograft lung ischemia-reperfusion injury
1 Introduction Lung transplantation (LTx) is the only viable treatment for end-stage lung disease (Chen-Yoshikawa et al., 2020). However, due to early primary graft dysfunction (PGD) and late chronic lung allograft dysfunction (CLAD) post-LTx, the 1- and 5-year survival rates of recipients are only 85% and 59%, respectively (Chambers et al., 2017; Chambers et al., 2021).

Abstract Gonad development and histopathological changes typically associated with endocrine disruption were evaluated in female Japanese medaka (Oryzias latipes) exposed to river water from four representative cross-sections in the Yellow River (YR), China. Fish were held in the river water treatments from fertilization.
