This year, the 21st triennial international meeting of ISPOG was held in Seoul, South Korea. Experts from 16 countries worldwide attended the conference, and a summary of its scientific and social highlights is given below. The research session has been an integral component of the scientific programme since 2019 and brought together research experts, who argued for greater collaboration in research in the fields of psychosomatic obstetrics and gynecology.

The leaky pipeline at Swiss faculties of medicine As shown in table 2 and figures 1 and 2 (representing a university in the German-speaking [University of Zurich] and one in the French-speaking [University of Lausanne] part of Switzerland), there are over 50% women graduates, whereas on full professor level, the number drastically drops to 10%.
