The tattoo artist who works at the ‘Schutt & Asche Tattoo’ in Dresden is also an inspired illustrator who greatly admires Pixie Cold’s works and prefers to live her relationship with art outside the chaos and noise of everyday life. Jennifer, can you tell us about yourself and your artistic journey so far? I’ve been tattooing since 2019, but drawing and art have always been a big part of my life, especially nature-inspired motifs and portraits.

The tattoo artist at ‘Primordial Pain’ in Milan, a specialist in the freehand technique, tells us about her philosophy of life and the meritocracy of working with ink. Where does your nickname “Ibrida” (“Hybrid”) come from? The nickname “Ibrida” (IG: @ibrida_) came to me during my art school years, when I couldn’t identify with just one direction. I felt the need to explore everything, without having to define myself through a single form of expression.

Azat, can you tell me about your life as a tattoo artist? Was there a before and after you arrived in Los Angeles, or was it all one continuous journey of learning, experience, and evolution in the field of tattoo art?
