The PSL prosecutor Zola Majavu revealed that attacking midfielder and Arrows were guilty of improper registration of the player. “With regard to allegations of dishonesty and in proprietary pertaining to how registration of Mr Bhele was procured, the DC found both Mr Mbhele and Golden Arrows Football Club not guilty,” Majavu told PSL media department.
