1 Introduction Bisindole alkaloids are a structurally diverse class of natural products with notable pharmacological activities [1-4]. These alkaloids that have drawn increasing interest due to their ability to modulate protein–protein interactions (PPI). Because PPI modulation is a challenging yet highly impactful therapeutic approach, these compounds are viewed as valuable scaffolds for the development of novel bioactive molecules [5-7].
