The hottest show gifts at New York Fashion Week were nicotine-replacement products, a vibe shift for which you might have Princess Gollum and Blip to thank. Also known as Josephine Lee, the model and visual artist has been working to make nicotine-replacement therapies (NRTs) cool with her brand of candy-flavored toothpicks and packaged lozenges — or “lozies,” as she calls them — which officially lands on the shelves of 3,500 CVS stores nationwide Sept. 12.

We might be in what’s known as “false fall” around these parts, but celebrities are not beholden to regular-people weather rules (just look at how many traipsed around this summer’s hottest months in tights). So while it might be unthinkable to attempt to arrange your hair or paint on any sort of eye makeup that’s bound to become highly mobile after 23 seconds waiting for the train, this week’s best celebrity beauty looks saw pretty much an even split between those two categories.

Bella Hadid has nabbed yet another gem from the Dior archives, specifically the house’s John Galliano era. To host an intimate woodland dinner on Aug. 21 celebrating the launch of her latest Orebella scent Nightcap, the model-turned-entrepreneur wore a gown from Galliano’s Spring/Summer 2003 collection, as IDed by Red Carpet Fashion Awards. The baby pink halter-neck gown featured a seriously plunging neckline with a knotted detailing just below the navel.
