Yes, when I was younger my grandmother taught me how to use her old typewriter. The typing skills sure came in handy.

What tools and software do you use to do your job?
Word, Wordpress, Canva, Instagram, DaVinci resolve. It's all about what tool serves the story better.

Probably Instagram, although I wish substack was considered a social network.
Why did you become a journalist?
I love stories, especially those that are real and just need an outlet to be known. I wanted to be that outlet.
When's the best time to pitch you?
Anytime, really. If a story is waiting to be discovered, I want to be there. Although I am more of an early bird than a night owl.
What's the best pitch you ever got?
It was an accidental pitch. I met a woman who didn't remember her name and I just knew a story was hidden there.
When you're not at a computer, where are you most likely to be?
Writing on my journal or watching a film at the movie theater.
Aside from your own, what's your favorite publication to read?
I enjoy any good film critics, so revistas caimán are high up there. I also really enjoy the Atavist magazine's story coverages.
