Introduction Gastric mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma is induced by Helicobacter pylori infection [1–4]. MALT lymphoma is diagnosed by histologic and endoscopic findings [2–8]. Endoscopic findings are used for the diagnosis of gastric MALT lymphoma, which is subgrouped into superficial (gastritis), ulcer, and elevated types [9].
