Recently, transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have attracted significant attention due to their naturally stable layered structures and unique properties in two-dimensional (2D) nanostructures, compared to their bulk counterparts. (1) Few studies have been reported for preparation of metallic TMDs nanostructures, including the group 5B dichalcogenides with compounds NbS2, NbSe2, TaS2, and TaSe2.
