Submitted: 28 October 2026 You are already at the latest version We develop a hydrostatic and first-order constitutive description of a mixed anomaly involving \( U(1)_Q \), \( U(1)_F \), charge conjugation (acting only on \( U(1)_Q \)), and parity in 2+1 dimensions, characterized by a mutual Chern-Simons level \( k_{QF}=\frac12 \,\,(\mathrm{mod}\ \mathbb Z) \).
In this work, we investigate angular observables such as the longitudinal polarization of charged leptons, τ-polarization, and forward-backward asymmetry in semileptonic Bc decays. Additionally, we provide predictions for lepton flavor violating observables, the R ratios in the decay channels Bc→ηc(J/ψ)lνl and Bc→D(D*)lνl across the entire q2 region. Our analysis is conducted within the relativistic independent quark model, focusing on the potential model-dependent aspects of these observables.
2. Experimental Outlook on Lepton Flavor Universality Since the discovery of the b quark in 1977 [63], large samples of B-hadrons have been produced at colliders such as CESR, LEP, or Tevatron. However, until the advent of the B-factories and the LHC, even with their specialized detectors and larger samples, it was not feasible to study third-generation LFUV in B mesons. B meson decay measurements are divided into two categories.
