Original Article Open Access Abstract PURPOSE: To investigate changes in corneal curvature in different zones of the posterior corneal surface during a 6-month follow-up period after transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy (tPRK), femtosecond laser–assisted excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (FS-LASIK), and small incision lenticule extraction (SMILE). METHODS: The study included a total of 202 eyes, including 65, 77, and 60 that underwent tPRK, FS-LASIK, and SMILE, respectively.
