Spiro Douvris is the founder of Beef Shack and a lifelong resident of Chicago, Illinois. Spiro grew up with an extremely strong Greek background, and it influences his life to this day.

The Beef Shack is a franchise that is known as the “home of the cheezy beef.” Spiro Douvris maintained the ownership of his first establishment after he sold the company’s franchising rights.
