(Spenser Lee/Staff Photographer) The City of Scottsdale is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year, and the Scottsdale Artists League is only a decade younger. “I feel that it is the greatest opportunity that the organization has had since the beginning,” said John Fontana, one of the league’s oldest standing members and a two-term president. He joined the group in 1996.
